Chronic pain for sickle cell disease SC is UNPREDICTABLE. It does what it wants. No matter what you do to try to prevent the pain. Preparing yourself before it’s triggered doesn’t help most days. The reason you see me smile and my strength is because of God. 💜💪🏽

I am still working with my doctors to get my pain under control. Adjusting meds again to see how this goes. Thanks for your prayers. 💐🙏🏽
