It's that time of the year again! We are having our Cass County Fitness Canned Food Drive again, benefitting Harvest House Food Pantry here in Atlanta! The canned food drive will begin on Oct 1 and run until Nov. 15th, 2024. Please bring your donation to the Front Desk. We are looking forward to serving our Community food bank!

OVERWHELMING grateful for the article that was written by Neil Abeles in the Cass County Citizens Journal-Sun about Cass County Fitness and our 3 Bodybuilders (Kacy Mccall & Jacob Pyle) who are competing this weekend at the IFBB Pro League / NPC Optimum Classic and in September (Trey Adams). Since day one, my platform has been, “You can change your direction, no matter what age you are!” Age is no excuse, like my shirt says. You can change your life through health and fitness, personal relationships, work ethic, spiritual growth, or anything you want in life. You CAN change your direction. I set an almost absurd personal goal for myself, and I’ll be darned if I’m not going to do everything I can to accomplish that goal. Plus, you don’t have to be in a big town to try your hand at this sport. Coached by the BEST- Matthew Lovell Thank you Eric Lummus for proving an awesome gym so we can chase our dreams in a small town!

After completing her education from the University of North Florida with her Degree in Psychology & receiving a 4 year, full scholarship as a Volleyball athlete, Monica has been from the east coast to the west coast before settling down in the Texarkana area. She has 4 children; Brianna- A&M Corpus Christi. Abby- Queen City HS. Sidney- Byrd HS, Shreveport. Trent and Haley Beeman- Worship Leaders/Youth Pastors.
In the true sense of a successful businesswoman, her priorities are in line.. Her amazing husband, Doug Beeman, GM of Gold’s Gym Express, is beside her on every crazy idea she dreams of. He helps her with every event, no matter how many hours are needed to get it done. On the business side, her success has come as a result of following dreams, following through on ideas, and finding ways to be a champion in spite of any negative interference.
In 2012 Monica created Simply Perfect Marketing with a deep desire to help small businesses and non-profit organizations. In her opinion, why should big business be the only successful ones? She understands what it takes to start a small business and keep it afloat, through blood, sweat and tears. She grew up with parents who each had their own small business; she was sweeping the warehouse in Tucson, Arizona from very early on. Her parents instilled a work ethic in her that she is forever grateful for. She plans on starting a business group in Texarkana soon. The Texarkana Area Small Business Coalition will be for all local small business owners who network together and build a strong Community between each other. She will do whatever it takes to make sure NO businesses close their doors.
She is an Independent Marketing Consultant who markets for several locally owned companies in Texarkana. She has C0-Founded with her husband, the Live Fit Texarkana Fitness Expo at the Four States Fairgrounds. She is on the Executive Board of the American Heart Association Heart Walk for Texarkana.
Her vision is to become the voice of the Small Business Owner, the helping hand to the Non Profits and the eyes and ears for the Community.
Her next project? Creating a Texarkana Area Small Business Coalition! Networking, Connecting. Empowering.
