Tough Kookie Foundation held its 5th annual art unveiling at TRAHC on Tuesday, September 24, where community members and breast cancer survivors gathered to show support and view artwork created by Texarkana community members. 💕🎗️✨🪩 The artwork will hang in downtown Texarkana the rest of this month and October.
