Being the Captain of Photography has been an enduring position with IronmanAz and meeting thousands of competitors over the years. As we prepared for the event many volunteers showed signs of nervousness until race day. The deer in the headlights emotion happened almost immediately upon seeing thousands of supporters cheering on the athletes and competitors. The day after brings a swell of emotions and a sye of relief and the end result is a refreshing dinner party of volunteers celebrating another year well done.
