This is what lawmakers in Texas are saying ...

“Dangerously, retailers exploited the agriculture law to sell life-threatening, unregulated forms of THC to the public and made them easily accessible. These stores not only sold to adults, but they targeted Texas children and exposed them to dangerous levels of THC. Since 2023, thousands of stores selling hazardous THC products have popped up in communities across the state, and many sell products, including beverages, that have three to four times the THC content which might be found in ma*****na purchased from a drug dealer. Under Senate Bill 3, these products, and all forms of THC, will be banned in Texas."

The truth ...

The Texas legislature has an entire program that regulates this industry and they charge $250 per year. You must adhere to strict labelling requirements and 3rd party lab tests. These products have never targeted children (that stuff comes from China). As for "dangerous levels", there have no recorded deaths from THC overdose. Try and say that about alcohol or even aspirin!

The real reason for this ban is the corporate MSOs (multi state operators) that supply the dispensaries are losing profits because of legal THC alternatives. They are the ones spreading the rumors about "unregulated" THC alternatives (when they helped write the regulations!). This is corporate greed!

Vote No on SB 3!

The Bacon Lasagna Burger 🍔🥓🍝
Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
1 cup marinara sauce
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4 large burger buns
4 strips bacon, cooked
4 slices provolone cheese
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
Instructions:

Prepare Patties: Form ground beef into 4 patties and cook in a skillet over medium heat.
Assemble Burgers: Top each patty with marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, and a slice of provolone cheese. Cook until cheese is melted.
Assemble: Spread ricotta cheese on the bottom half of each bun. Top with a burger patty, bacon, and the top bun.
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Servings: 4
Calories: Approx. 700 per burger
