An exciting cross bar karaoke contest is starting on May 3rd, spanning nearly four weeks and being held at five bars. Show up to any of the listed dates. Pick a song from the 50,000 songs from the Karafun catalog of songs. Declare you are attempting to qualify for the competition and sing as many times as you can in the time allowed for the night. One qualifier will be picked each night at each venue. If you don't qualify, go to the next venue on the schedule and try again. There will be 14 finalists by the end of the qualifying rounds. The winner will win 300 dollars cash.

This is for amateurs only. No professional musicians, singers, or KJs, please. 21 and older.

The Big Easy and Holistic Audio are collaborating for Danville's next singing competition. Starting April 29th we will start qualifying rounds Thursday 9 to 12 and Friday 9 until 1 and will qualify 2 singers each night. If you don't qualify come again the next karaoke night. Over four weeks there will be 16 people going onto the actual competition. The first week of competition 16 will drop down to 8 and then to 4 and then the finals with the last 2 singers.

This is a talent competition. The most talented singers will continue no matter the genre. Do you have what it takes? Come sing with us and find out! No entry fee.

The Big Easy, Danville's newest bar and restaurant, has had a lot of requests for karaoke. DJ Erik Flesher will be hosting on Thursday and Friday. 40,ooo songs played through a profesional grade sound system to make you sound your best mixed with your favorite dance songs. Starts at 9 and goes until 12 on Thursday and 9 to 1 on Fridays. Come take it easy with us.
