It is with great sadness that we share the news of one of our longtime friends and staple at the Pickett Loop clubhouse has passed away. Ann Martin passed away peacefully yesterday 1/16/2025 after a brief illness. Ann was born Nov 4th 1943, and is survived by her daughters Linda and Sherry, and a son Glenn and several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Please remember the family during this difficult time.

Congratulations to all our youth hunters on their deer this past weekend. The kiddos had a blast hanging out at the camp, and as an added bonus to all the fun, some got lucky enough to wrap a tag on a deer.

Wow!! What a weekend down at the camp for all the kiddos. There is nothing better than seeing all the smiles on these kids faces with their deer. Congratulations to all our youth hunters that got a deer this weekend!

A huge congratulations to one of our youth hunters Noah for his First deer on his First hunt ever, and a great buck at that!! Congrats to Noah and his dad Craig on a successful youth hunt. Noah is the grandson of member David Buster.

100 days until deer season is here!! Here is a reminder of this season's opening dates. Notice Zone 12 bag limit has dropped to 5 deer total this year. Please get your own copy of the AGFC handbook and familiarize yourself with all rules and regulations.

Reminder that all 2019-2020 hunting licenses will expire 6/30/2020, so make sure you renew yours soon if you plan on squirrel or hog hunting during the summer months. Looking forward to a great season this year. See you all soon!

Archery: Sept. 26, 2020- Feb. 28, 2021
Private Land Antlerless Only Modern Gun Deer Hunt: Dec. 29-31, 2020
Muzzleloader: Oct. 17-25, 2020
Special Youth Modern Gun Deer Hunt: Nov. 7-8, 2020 and Jan. 2-3, 2021
Modern Gun: Nov. 14-Dec. 20 and Dec. 26-28, 2020

Zone Bag Limit
Five deer total, which may include:

Two bucks with archery, muzzleloader or modern gun;
Five does with archery, muzzleloader and modern gun combined.
