Hillsborough County Tax Collector's Office Celebrates Holiday Season and 2025 Achievements
Office Served Over One Million Customers and Earned Prestigious Governor's Sterling Award

TAMPA, Fla., December 18, 2025 – As the holiday season brings communities together, the Hillsborough County Tax Collector's Office (HCTC) wishes residents a joyful holiday season and extends heartfelt gratitude for the opportunity to serve this community throughout 2025.
This year marked another remarkable milestone for HCTC, serving more than one million customers across nine convenient locations countywide. A highlight of 2025 was earning the prestigious 2025 Governor's Sterling Award, Florida's highest recognition for organizational excellence, reflecting the office's commitment to quality service and community impact.
"This holiday season, we reflect on the privilege of serving over one million neighbors throughout Hillsborough County," said Tax Collector Nancy Millan. "Our team's dedication to excellence has truly been a gift to this community. We invite everyone to share in our holiday cheer and join us in celebrating the season of service. Happy holidays from all of us at the Hillsborough County Tax Collector’s Office!"

In the new year, HCTC will publish its comprehensive Fiscal Year 2025 Annual Report and State of the Organization video, providing an in-depth look at all accomplishments, projects, and service statistics from the past year. Community members are encouraged to stay tuned for these detailed insights into HCTC's continued commitment to excellence.
HCTC offices will be closed starting at 12PM on December 24, 2025 through December 26, 2025, and on January 1, 2025 for the holiday season.
