1974-1976 member of Kochi Kachar Ashor (Kalabagan branch)
1976-1979 member of Red Crescent volunteer group and cultural department. Participation in “Kishor Natyam” and prize winning.
1976 to 1979 “Field Drama: Adi theke Bingshoti” played by 1000 teenagers.
1982 established Theater Center (then known as Artonaad Theater) at Pangsha in Rajbari which is currently working in Dhaka. In the same year I set up a section for children. In various events of Bangladesh Shishu Academy I was involved as children program organizer and received numerous awards from different organizations. From 1982 till present day this organization is directly affiliated with Group Theater Chorcha’s Sommilito Sangskritik Jote. At present I am the chief of Theater center and also involved in acting, directing and production.
1990 I was enlisted as an actor of Bangladesh Television. Even before that I was acting in various shows made for children on television. I acted in more than 100 television dramas, 9 short films (motivational documentaries) and in 30 to 40 feature films. Moreover, I have also worked as an assistant director in “Protyaborton” (short film) which was nominated for Critics Guild Award in 1987.
1995 he established Theater Center For Social Development for the welfare of general people. From beginning till now I have been working as the chairperson and executive director of the organization.
1982 my first film Anjali released. For Meghla Akash I have received my first national award. My other exceptional works can be seen in Meghla Akash(2004), Bidrohi Padma(2006), Ganga Jatra(2009), Britter Baire (2009) and in all the other films. For Britter Baire he got his second national award.
