As you see in the date, the first pic is from Aug 2019. My skin had gone through it😮‍💨 So, the fact that I don’t wear makeup as much as I used to, isn’t from the lack of self care or feeling self conscious. It’s because I’m finally at a point where I don’t feel the NEED for it. Before I felt like I HAD to spend a lot of time on my makeup in order to feel like my good ol’ self. I’m enjoying being comfortable in my own skin, no makeup, no hair, no pressure, no nada. Never thought I was ugly, but I’ve never felt as pretty as I feel over the last 2/3 years. I had to strip myself down to build myself back up and I’m glad I did. I do miss makeup and the makeup community tho because baybayyy, y’all be out here slayingggg!💜💜
