Still on my grind! I’m hovering between 190 and 185 right now.
I still enjoy a burger once in a blue moon, and who doesn’t love an egg mc muffin…
But 98% of my meals are very light and healthy.
I eat eggs 🍳 or cereal 🥣 with a banana 🍌 for breakfast, I switch from Coca-Cola to Coffee, I still have NRG drinks but I’ve cut those down 75%, and drink the sugar free ones.
I have 🥩 🍗 🍣 🐠 🐖, but zero to little 🥯 🥖 or 🍚 anymore. I love both but they make me bloated. 🫃
I try and walk between 1-5 miles a day.
I’m about to start 🚴‍♂️ and 🏋️ now it’s time to build muscle and more discipline!
I would also like to stop drinking alcohol 🍷 and NrG drinks 🥤, might even stop smoking 🌳 … I’ve come this far, why stop improving myself now.

⚠️I quit smoking cold turkey 🦃 around 2009.
( Now I like them warmed up a bit. ) jk

Yes, I quite smoking ci******es 🚬, I smoked for 21+ years, I certainly don’t regret that decision. It was a life choice as they were making me sick 🤢

Same thing for my life change , I was pre hypertension, pre diabetic, had gout, rashes all over my body from horrible choices I made over eating garbage food and drinking sodas and sugar filled iced teas with tons and tons of sugars in em. I loved the flavors but learned to just drink water…
Once you’ve been at it for a while the cravings for junk subside and your stomach gets fuller faster and with less food. That makes things a lot easier.

I write this to inspire and inform and give back to those who have paved the way for me to do better.
Every single one of you that posts your progress and work help those of us who need it.. So, don’t stop sharing, it works!

And thank you to everyone cheering me on in the comments and with private messages and likes, it makes me feel good to know you all have my back and are proud of me, I’m proud of me too, this ain’t been easy, but it has been life changing.

You can do it to, it’s not to late to start.
