Free therapy ✨
Sometimes, it’s my morning coffee before emails. Other days, it’s a walk without my phone. No expectations, no “productivity,” just being.
So tell me—what’s something you do that’s just for you? No clients, no work, just your moment. Drop it in the comments. ⬇️

Sometimes, "me time" doesn’t mean completely shutting off work thoughts—it just means changing the setting. 🌳
Whether it’s a walk around the block, stepping outside for fresh air, or sitting on a bench with your coffee, the simple act of moving your body and shifting your perspective can do wonders. Even if the work chatter is still in my head, it feels different when I’m in nature instead of at my desk.
So, here’s your gentle nudge: take five minutes for you today. A little pause, a little movement—it all adds up. ✨ You deserve it. ❤️

Growing your page is NOT just about new followers. Here’s why:
You don’t just want any followers, you want people who will actually want your service.
You want people who will find your content interesting and valuable so they eventually interact with it.
Bot followers are SO harmful for your page, they will have their own algorithm and you don’t want them tied to you! They are not your target audience, they are random FAKE accounts.
You want quality, not quantity. Pace yourself, it’s not about hitting 5,000 followers in less than a month, it’s about getting people who actually value your offer and the content you put out there so they reach out to you or refer you to their own community.
Real connections are everything.

💥 You've got this.
Let me share a little story. A few years ago, when I was building my practice, I realized something important: reviews are p o w e r f u l.
I remember launching my business, pouring my heart into every discovery call, and delivering the best introduction I could being real, relatable and a couple of sales techniques here and there. But despite my efforts, I struggled to reach new clients. That’s when I decided to focus on gathering reviews from my happy clients.
The results? Amazing. Like, need to hire someone to help me - amazing.
I discovered that positive feedback not only built trust but also acted as social proof for potential clients. Every glowing review acted like a personal recommendation, giving newcomers the confidence to choose my services over others.
Fast forward to today, and I can confidently say that at least 50% of my clients found me through Google reviews. It was a powerful reminder that our clients’ voices hold tremendous weight.
So, if you’re looking to boost your practice, remember the value of those reviews. They can significantly impact your visibility and credibility.

One day, you’re on top of the world, and the next, you’re questioning every decision you’ve made.
I mean, who hasn’t had those moments when you’re just trying to help others, and it feels like you’re the one who needs help? The truth is, growth isn’t always pretty. It’s messy, unpredictable, and sometimes downright frustrating.
Whether you’re working on a project, your business or our practice, what ever it is, I get it!
But guess what? Each bump and twist teaches us something valuable. So, whether you’re facing challenges or celebrating wins, remember: it’s all about showing up and doing your best.
It’s been a memorable, beautiful, busy, fun, adventurous summer so far.
Feeling so grateful 💙

Taking a moment… ❤️
When I first started juggling motherhood and entrepreneurship, I wasn't sure how it would all work out. Balancing my career as an occupational therapist, being a wife and mom, and diving into the world of social media business ownership felt pretty overwhelming. 😅
There were definitely moments of doubt. I often wondered if I could find that elusive balance between my personal and professional life. I questioned whether my passion for helping fellow therapists grow on social media could really turn into a successful venture.
But now, here I am, on the other side, feeling more stable and fulfilled than ever. 🙌 It's been a journey of growth, both personally and professionally. Through all the ups and downs, I've learned the importance of perseverance, staying true to my vision, and embracing the beautiful chaos of life.
Today, as I sip my morning coffee on my sunny Florida porch, surrounded by the love of my family and the fulfillment of my career, I can't help but feel grateful.
Grateful for the challenges that pushed me to grow. Grateful for the support of my amazing clients and community. And grateful for the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others.
So here's to embracing the uncertainties, trusting in our journey, and finding stability in the midst of life's beautiful chaos. Cheers to each and every one of you on your own unique journey! 🌟
