📢 PSA to All Home Buyers:

The agreement you'll need to sign is called a Buyer's Representation Agreement. This contract establishes the relationship between you and the Realtor, outlining the roles, duties, and responsibilities of both parties.

1. Interview Your Realtor: Choosing the right Realtor is crucial. Take your time to interview multiple agents and select one who best meets your needs. (ME)
