Looks like the site of the former Pizza Hut on Capital Circle NE could become Tallahassee's first Jack in the Box! Nothing solid yet, but preliminary plans are in place...

Would Jack in the Box be a welcome addition to Tallahassee's fast food circuit? What do y'all think?

Two Tallahassee icons were just demolished: the old Jim & Milt's Bar B-Q building and The Gladstone house. While there are currently no plans for the site of Gladstone, Jim & Milt's is being cleared for Tallahassee's incoming Cookout!

What do y'all think? Sad to see them go, or excited for what's coming?

With over 300 units at Up Campus and The Hub, and 125 at Nova, student housing continues to rise. Up Campus will also include 12,000 square feet of retail space!

Our recent post regarding the former Waterworks building in Midtown has been pulled down due to inaccurate information. We have been in direct contact with the new ownership group and they informed us that once the new renderings/plans for the property are complete they will share them with us to share with you all. Cook Out update! Tallahassee's first Cook Out may now be going into the old Jim and Milt's BBQ building on W Pensacola St. They also still have their permit on the old Capital City Bank on the corner of W Tennessee St and High Rd.

Will we be getting two? It's uncertain, especially since these two locations are rather close. One thing is certain though - Cook Out is on its way!!

Looks like we're getting a Murphy USA at the site of the old auto repair shop on the corner of W Tennessee St and Duval St. That would be unusual, as they're usually adjacent to a Walmart!

Looks like Chick-fil-A recently filed permits on the old Lindy's chicken building on North Monroe... right next to the pre-existing Chick-Fil-A.

Maybe they're planning on doing a drive-thru only location, similar to West Tennessee St? What do you guys think?

Looks like Tallahassee may be getting a VW/Volvo dealership in the near future! A new permit was recently issued to 1800 Capital Cir NE, the space right next to Capital Circle Veterinary Hospital.
