Last night the Florida State Seminoles men's basketball team prevailed on a hard fought 82 to 70 win over the Pittsburgh Panthers. They now improve their record to 12-5, and are 3-3 in the Atlantic Coast Conference. The team will return for another home game at the Donald L. Tucker Civic Center on Saturday when they take on Georgia Tech.

And college football recently announced its upcoming 2025 Hall of Fame class. This year's College Football Hall of Fame will feature former Virginia Tech quarterback and now the head coach of Norfolk State, Michael Vick, along with former head coaches and national champions Urban Meyer and Nick Saban.

In Wakulla War Eagle athletics, both the boys and girls varsity soccer teams are in action. First, the girls varsity team will be on the road tonight in Panama City as they take on the Bay High Tornadoes at 5:00 PM. The girls team currently has a record of ten wins, 6 losses, and two ties.

And the boys varsity team will be on the road as well down in Lake City to take on the Columbia Tigers at 6:00 PM. The boys varsity team currently has a record of seven wins, 4 losses and one tie.

In college basketball, FSU’s men’s team will be in action tonight at the Donald L. Tucker Civic Center as they take on the Pittsburgh Panthers at 9:00 PM. Game can also be seen on channel ESPNU.

The Los Angeles Rams advanced to the NFC Divisional Round after last night's 27 to 9 win over the Minnesota Vikings...including a fumble recovery returned for a touchdown by former FSU star Jared Verse (pictured). They will now take on the Philadelphia Eagles at Lincoln Financial Field.

And in more NFL news, the Dallas Cowboys have decided to part ways with Coach Mike McCarthy. And that leads to certain questions on what will be next for the Dallas Cowboys. Rumor has it that one candidate for head coaching is none other than former Dallas Cowboys and Florida State player Deion Sanders, the current coach at Colorado. Also, now that Coach McCarthy is available, the Chicago Bears seem to have interest.
