Here’s a Christmas inspired workout for you.
You have 12 moves and you will complete the moves in the order provided. The order of the movements is also the number of reps you will complete for each move.
So you will start with 1 burpee. Then you will do 2 squats and then 1 burpee. Next you will do 3 dips, 2 squats and then 1 burpee. Continue until you have completed all 12 moves.
