On January 30th, we’ll be joining the FireAid lineup at the Forum. Proceeds from the show will go towards FireAid to support rebuilding efforts, aid for displaced families, and fire prevention technology for LA’s future.

Tickets go on sale January 22nd at 12pm PT. Can’t make it in person? You can still catch the show from home and donate. Did you know our brewery used to be an ice cream factory? 🍦🍺

Built in 1935, the Syracuse General Ice Cream Factory once churned out Fro-Joy and Sealtest ice cream, offering visitors a unique experience with observation windows and a walkway overlooking production. After closing its doors in 1988, we gave the building new life when we opened in 1995. Our original tasting room even featured the factory’s stunning entryway!

Recently, we stumbled upon this vintage ice cream cup hidden in the maze of this historic building—what a sweet piece of history! 🏭✨
