Metta meditation is a classic exercise that cultivates unconditional love, compassion, and goodwill toward oneself and others. It begins by sending kind wishes to yourself—such as “May I be happy, may I be healthy”—and then expands outward in widening circles: to loved ones, acquaintances, strangers, and eventually to all beings everywhere.

Following tradition, this original song invites deep presence, inner strength, and a heart-centered commitment to peace. With each verse, the meditation expands in ever-widening circles—offering affirmations of clarity, flexibility, unity, and light. The goal is to soften the heart, strengthen empathy, and dissolve boundaries, creating a sense of deep connection and peace.

May it serve as a reminder that healing begins within, and radiates outward to bless the world. Today I am inspired by the realization: My peaceful, prayerful intention extends all the way in all directions as the LOVE that I AM.
