Crispy Fried Chicken

Ingredients;
Half a glass of milk
1 eggs
Half a glass of yoghurt
2 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon salt
500g chicken breast
1 tea spoon of black pepper
1 tea spoon of chili pepper
1 tea spoon of powder mint
5 tablespoons bread crumbs
1.5 tablespoons of starch
1.5 tablespoons of flour
3 tablespoons corn flour
1 teaspoon baking soda

Preparation First, add milk, egg, yoghurt, garlic and salt in a bowl and mix.
2. In another bowl, roughly chop the chicken breast, Let's take black pepper, chili peppers and powder mint and mix them
3. Pour the yoghurt sauce on top and mix.
4. Cover with stretch film and place in the refrigerator to marinate. Let's wait at least 2 hours.
5. Next coat the marinated chickens with your breadings
