Life lately.. Börek (Spinach pie) recipe: Ingredients: Large bag of frozen spinach 1 onion chopped Butter Olive oil, salt and paper for taste Any cheese you like, l used shredded mozzarella, cheddar, and feta cheese Puff pastry sheet pack 1 egg Sesame seeds and black seeds Instructions: In a pan, pour some olive oil, along with your chopped up onions and a large bag of frozen spinach and cook with your preferred spices..l used salt and pepper only. Get a large rectangular shaped baking pan and spread some butter all over it in order to create a nonstick barrier. Lay your first sheet of puff pastry on the pan and stretch it out to be able to fit the dimensions. Pour the spinach mixture on top and then top it with the cheeses of your preference. Get the last puff pastry sheet and stretch it out as well as you can to be able to lay it on top of the pie to create the top layer. Mix up an egg and brush it over the top of the pie. Sprinkle sesame seeds and black seeds all over the top, which give it a delicious taste! Bacon in the oven at 350°F for one hour or until nice, golden, and crispy on top. Enjoy!
