So pleased to share that my friend and mentor from my years in the Urgent Care Industry that Dr. Peter Lamelas has been nominated to be the Ambassador to Argentina by President Donald Trump.

Dr. Lamelas is a resident of Palm Beach County and founder of MD Now. He was one of those responsible for appointing me as a consultant to the Urgent Care Association of America.

He will do a great job for the USA.

Thanks to my good friend Drew Dixon for the update on Florida Bridge Loan Program immediately making $50 million available to small businesses impacted by hurricane Milton. Interest free. Florida small businesses may use the loan to help them out until other Federal and State programs kick in…you may apply for the bridge loans immediately.

Small businesses in Florida can get zero-interest loans to help in recovery.

The Gold Coast Builders Association (GCBA), one of the most dynamic builders’ associations in ‎Florida needs Summer Interns!‎
The Summer Intern position is a non-paid position that is designed to give a select candidate(s) ‎actual hands-on experience in marketing, on-site event management, sales, public relations, ‎creative services, newsletter, video production, podcast creative, and web development. The skills, ‎while specific to the Gold Coast Builders Association, offer the qualified intern the ability to build ‎a resume of skills desired by many professional associations or other quality employers. ‎

Candidates must have an ability to work to create working solutions designed to attract new ‎Members in the home building industry to include builders and professional trades as well as ‎associate members who work in the many industries supporting the home building industry such as ‎banking, insurance, real estate, supplies, and more.‎

The GCBA requires Summer Interns to maintain a high level of professionalism and delivery ‎quality products while engaging in mentored learning.‎

Candidates may qualify for Course Credits with their individual college or university. The ‎Executive Officer of the GCBA will provide a Fulfillment Letter detailing the level of experience ‎achieved and a rating of overall performance. ‎
