* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.

* WHERE...Portions of northern Delaware, including the following area, New Castle and Pennsylvania, including the following areas, Berks, Carbon, Eastern Chester, Lehigh, Monroe, Northampton, Upper Bucks, Western Chester and Western Montgomery.

* WHEN...Through late tonight.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

- Heavy rainfall associated with the remnants of Debby will produce rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts of 3 to 5 inches or more. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
