I have suffered from PTSD/anxiety/depression and many other forms of mental health. I want to spread positivity to those that have none, or to those that just need a little boost. I want to be an inspiration to others and maybe ease a bit of suffering. And above all else I want to share my journey of growth and help others grow with me. Come join me :D
