I struggled for the longest to get my knotless braids not to twist at the root. I was watching videos on and IG and YouTube to see how everyone else was doing it.
They were all feeding in the hair on one side but they were coming out straight! So now I’m mad becuz why mine not!? lol
Anywho after trying a few different things on my own, I finally found a technique that worked!
I feed in the first 3 pieces on the left side of the braid and the rest on the right for balance. I hope this helps someone who’s having this issue 😘

As you can see blow drying makes the hair silky making it easier to pick and pull. No tangles at all. Just spray the hair with a little sheen and blow dry!
