5 Skincare Tips for Summer🌞

1. SPF, SPF, SPF!
-Most Important…wear sunscreen daily! A sunscreen with 30 or higher SPF will provide you with protection from the Sun ☀️ and UV Rays 🌅which would be damaging to the skin. Sunscreen is the last step in your skincare routine. Reapply every couple of hours for continuous benefit.

2. Do Not Skip the moisturizer
- Moisturizer protects the outer layer of skin from pollutants and chemicals thus preventing dryness. Even if your sweating or feeling oily, moisturizers will nourish your stratum corneum outer layer. Extra Tip: Apply a dual moisturizer with SPF Or a 3-n-1 tinted moisturizer with SPF for my girls who love makeup 😉 which brings me to my next tip…

3. Use Lightweight Non-Comedogenic Makeup
-This is just a fancy term for non pore clogging ingredients. Check out those labels! Use a lightweight tinted moisturizer or powder foundation…wear makeup that will not clog your pores. 😌

4. Exfoliate More Often
-Try to exfoliate at least 3x per week but don’t over do it! But exfoliating opens up your pores and removed dirt and oils. Don’t forget your moisturizer and SPF after exfoliating. 💛

5. Invest in a Vitamin C and E Serum
-Research shows that combining sunscreen and Vitamin E provides an added extra layer of protection from the sun’s ☀️ harmful UV Rays. The Vitamin C will help with hyperpigmentation sometimes caused by sun damage. Abraza’s Antiox Serum is bomb 💣
