Denver McKay did it all for the Mulhall-Orlando baseball team this fall. He boasted a .634 batting average while posting a 2.18 ERA with 72 strikeouts in his first year as the ace.

McKay is the 2025 All-Area Fall Sports Male Athlete of the Year.

PT=PR is a Frontier High motto, meaning positive thoughts equal positive results. Kylee Ruff bought into that motto, and she used it to place top 10 at the state cross-country meet.

Ruff is the 2025 All-Area Fall Sports Female Athlete of the Year.

With 800 meters to go, Kylee Ruff looked around and decided it was time.

When actor Sean Patrick Flanery walks around the set for his new movie in Stillwater, he knows everyone. It's a unique thing for "The Boondock Saints" star.

“In LA, you have 500 extras and you couldn’t pick one from the next. I know ‘em all (here)."

A crew member yelled “cut,” and the lights in Stillwater High’s Fieldhouse returned to full brightness as Sean Patrick Flanery called for a 40-minute lunch break.

The roundabout at Main Street and 10th Avenue took the spotlight at Monday's City Council meeting, along with a proposal for its renovation and for new flashing 4-way stop signs from Seventh Avenue to 10th Avenue.

The roundabout at Main Street and 10th Avenue took the spotlight earlier this year when a southbound vehicle struck it one evening, causing major damage.

The Pioneers brought home some hardware from the Walsh Ironman tournament to begin the season. Ignacio Villasenor and Eric Casula both placed fourth, and Luke Hamiti finished sixth.

“They’ve earned the right to go place at a tournament like that."

Two candidates filed for the Stillwater Board of Education Ward 1 position before the filing period ended Wednesday.
