Hoka Hey Motorcycle Challenge EXCITING NEWS!!!!

$1,191,696 was the total funds that the 2024 Hoka Hey Riders collected for all of the charities of their choice. WHAT AN IMPACT 225 riders made for those in need across our nation, Canada and a few other countries where riders were from.

BIKE CROSS ✝️

Show me your bike cross. This little jewel was given to me by a lady rider out of Kansas prior to my leaving for the Hoka Hey. I didn't have a great place for it or method of affixing it, but a day before I left, I knew I wanted it in plain sight. Double sided tape held this in place thru Hurricane, rain, winds, more rain, heat and bouncy roads.

Where We Riding T? RECEIVES AWARD

Citizen of The Year of Stillwater OK was awarded to T Collier this weekend by the Stillwater Chamber Of Commerce. The announcement was well received during the annual Gala where she received her award surrounded by family, supporters, donors and community leaders. Awarded, in part, due to her successful Hoka Hey Challenge finish and outstanding efforts to raise awareness and funds for local Charity Kickin' Childhood Hunger.

STARTING LINE
Captures The Intensity Of The First Morning of Hoka Hey 2024

To those who were not at the Hoka Hey 2024 starting line, here we are. This was captured at 6am August 4, 2024 by Chase Setzer in Daytona FL.

The thick, warm, humid air lay heavy upon the roadway, our bikes and our heavy loads. The excessive illumination of the Hoka Hey prepped bikes lit a wide arching fog around the pack as we sped past the start flag. From the rookies to the experienced riders, we knew not what lie ahead but we all felt the pending threat of Hurricane Debby as we launched into mile one of our 10,000 mile journey.

Line one of our line by line directions read Start Teddy Morse HD. Line 2 turn right Hwy 1 N. Nerves heightened as we grouped up on Hwy 1N roaring into the dark, foggy tree lined highway. The Hoka Hey Motorcycle Challenge 2024 had just begun. We had no idea how each line by line, chapters and stories would turn out.

But we all now know...the rest of the story.

ACCOMPLISHED RIDER INTRODUCTION

Today is a cool day filled with accomplishment for a friend I made along the Hoka Hey Journey. This is Tim Loko Dickerson. Loko has ridden every single day this year. That's 366 days straight. He is riding for who assist kids with Dueschenne Muscular Dystrophy.

Riding every day is not easy by any means. Might I add this dude lives in Oregon! Weather was a real battle among other wild and crazy things imcluding a break down THIS WEEK, causing him to finish on his friends bike. Today, He is passing the torch, which he got last year from Honor Hukill who had ridden every day of 2023 for this same cause. Two ladies are taking the torch from here for the 2025 ride every day challenge.
