Here’s a little glimpse behind the scenes—When I’m not on the road, sharing stories and flavors from the Appalachian hills, I’m at home in my kitchen, where the heart of it all begins. This is where I find my rhythm—surrounded by cast iron, memories, and Meteor Visuals lighting the way.

Cooking has always been my truest love. But it’s in the quiet joy of teaching—sharing the why behind a recipe, the history woven into each dish, and the magic of flavor pairings—that love deepens. Through my YouTube channel, I get to pass on these traditions, not just as recipes, but as stories—living, breathing pieces of a culture I cherish.
