Just to update the ones who asked. I went back to the dr this morning and apparently I have pneumonia and bronchitis , but she loaded me up on some new meds, actually a bunch of meds and she seems confident we will get this knocked out in a few more days. Thank you for all the prays

Quick update

Some have noticed I’ve been MIA for a while and have reached out. I have been in bed for a while and fighting with pneumonia today was the first day I’ve been up and about in over a week.
I am feeling much better today but I have NO voice, zero.

For those that are waiting on work. I promise I’ll be back at it soon as possible. Give me a few more days to get my feet back under me.
I have not had my phone I’ve just been focusing on healing

Ok so the last 3 weeks T-N-T has been rained out on the weekends and Thursdays.
I have reached out to tracks for weeks about private testing with NO response from anyone.
Does anyone know a place I can do some private testing on a couple vehicles
I don’t need prep, I don’t need a tree all I need is a surface I can test on without being disturbed for a couple hours at the very most. More likely about a hour.

Sneak at future plans…….
We need a local car museum. But not like most. I’d like to have a place where people could see cool cars, and real cars. Not some million dollar show car. And I’d love to do it local.
The cherry on top, it would be awesome to run it like a non profit and have kids working there to learn new skills.

Everything is stopped while we insulate the shop so we can get it cooled down

Anyone know of a small place in the Anderson, Starr, Iva area that is for rent ? I need a place for a little while that is small enough I can cool so I can get caught up on engine builds.
Really I just need a space I can put some engines a door big enough to get them in and out and has a place I can stick a AC. 😂. Or and an engine run stand so I can start and run an engine.

Since I had my surgery I just can not take the heat like it has been lately in my shop. It’s been between 115 and a 120 for over a week in my shop and I just can’t breathe when it get that hot.

If anyone has anything or knows of anything send me a PM please.

Shop is closed for a few days.
It’s just too hot, it’s almost 7pm and it’s 110 degrees in the shop. So I’ve the next couple nights we are installing some big fans and trying to make the shop a little more tolerable

Not going into a ton of detail but I will say this.
I’ve been a Holley guy my entire life. I will admit the new Edelbrock VRS had me thinking about my life choices anyway.
But here is the deal, I’m a customer service guy, that’s more important to me than any other factor
With all that said. After the way dealing with the folks at the Holley tent on power tour (or at least trying to deal with them ) I’m done.
From here out you will only see Edelbrock Performance on my car. They have always been friendly and helpful with anything I need.
So in the coming days I’ll be ordering more VRS carburetors.

If you do not value me as a customer then I do not value you as a supplier.
