FMTC has been a Smart Rural Community (SRC) for a long time...likely from our inception more than 100 years ago. Now we have the official designation from NTCA-The Rural Broadband Association. SRC is an extension of the Gig Certified designation the company received previously.

The Gig Certified award was a technical recognition, talking about the bandwidth we deliver to customers. SRC is about the benefits customers and communities can get from the technology we’ve invested in and deployed.
