It always cracks me up when we’re filming. Because to someone who doesn’t know our staff... it seems like we named our camera Michael. If you ever hear one of our camera operators talking into the camera and saying “Michael, I’m walking into the kitchen now” or “Michael, cut that part out.” ...no, our camera isn’t named Michael. ... we’re just talking to our editor. 😂😂😂😂

Our Story

Ash Patino the owner and main producer at Generic Brand Human has been capturing video content since she was 8 years old and her parents got their first home movie camera. Since then she attended the University of Colorado and received her BA in Film.

She has been shooting professionally for over two decades including producing her first full length feature film when she was only 21 years old.

Generic Brand Human’s video devision, specializes in curated corporate videos, training videos, lesson videos, social media content, product videos, big conference/meeting coverage, and commercials. We are a full service studio that can help create your next project from conception to completion. Our services include, creative direction, script writing, storyboarding, pre-porduction, post-production, editing, animation, graphics, and music. We supply all the gear and the crew to make your next project come together seamlessly.

Photography is also a huge part of what we do, including headshots, architecture photos, product/e-commerce, big conference/meeting coverage, and promotional. We help build great social media content through photography and have an expert level understanding of ad buildings, GIFs, and Boomerangs.
