Our "Vision" For Employees:
Here at Strada Vision LLC our goal is to begin to get work starting at the bottom level. We are starting with gigs and part time work then we monitor you from the back end and based on multiple factors.

As we said for now what we are offering is gigs and part time. We occasionally need full time positions and this is where we choose from.
"Why should I care about your stupid job"
The future is in the internet. Brick and mortars have a cap on how much wealth they can make,
we don't.
it's whatever we say it is
and we're willing to spread the love.
If we have the need for a full time 1099 here and there we'll reach out and find a solid individual to throw into our team full time,
This doesn't mean blow up our messages, this doesn't mean send us a long resume, this doesn't mean do anything extremely out the ordinary,
This just means follow the formula we've provided, Do the work, follow the deadline, then go off and do your own thing.
If we decide we need the help when the time comes we'll approach with a proper form to fill out. We'll know where to look.
We would like a business model where we allow our workers to come and go as they please and make coo coo bucks beside us. So long as they are serious, will have the work done when they told us it will be done (which they work remotely on there own hours) will hold themselves accountable, and are easy to work with.
