Casting directors and model agency insiders alike will be the first to say our industry has too many models and more often than not a model's career is cut short because of the pace things move today.

The truth is, agencies in major markets have less time, resource and manpower to properly develop a new face.

Our track record is not by accident. We believe in the power of preparation, pouring our decades of expertise and guidance into every model we work with.

We have created an efficient development system that not only guides our models in the skillset of movement, runway, and image, but even more importantly mindset, self awareness, belief in themselves as individuals and the confidence to put in the work, learn from those who have gone before them & pursue something rare, beautiful, adventurous and unique.

We wrap it all up with a bow building community and friendship through our weekends and our annual gathering TRIBUTE FASHION FEST.

Been working on this for a while and excited to share with you all!

Our approach to the model business has been uniquely our own for decades and in the past several years in particular, we have streamlined our process and hit our stride in new ways.

This year we have had many a heart to heart conversation about how we can take our decades of experience and use our voice to make a bigger impact....after the encouragement of models, family and friends we are starting with a podcast THE MODEL BUSINESS BY MOTHER.
