Hard to believe this was just two weeks ago....so much life has happened since then 💜

We promise we will get to all the incredible recap images from Tribute 2024, but we have to start here 🌹

When we were back in the venue and worked on the opening of the show, we instantly knew it was the perfect place to showcase the talent of Dianne Isbell

Dianne is a mainstay in the Saint Louis fashion community. She is ever present with a smile on her face and an encouraging word. The models absolutely fell in love with her. It meant the world to us at rehearsal with a tear in her eye thanking us for including her. It was a grand opening that was very well deserved for such an elegant, lovely woman. It was an honor to showcase your hats Dianne.

We have thought long and hard about sharing what is happening in our lives and believe it's the right thing to do.

Tribute was special this year & and a reminder this is bigger than the two of us. We value our models, their families, our friends new and old in the fashion world, the Saint Louis community, our Tribute sponsors and those who have supported Mother through the decades. We are most grateful for the incredible community of people God has brought in our lives.

We have been pretty candid about this year. It has been particularly challenging on virtually every front. Our business took some heavy hits, but we made pivots and adjustments & we are excited for what is unfolding. Mother is in a good place & we are excited for the coming year. It's going to be a great one.

2024 brought an overwhelming degree of health issues for Jeff. Chronic pain from lifelong issues with his foot and back, a painful case of shingles, pain in his neck which let an MRI and CT scan. The doctors found a non cancerous meningioma brain tumor.

As a family we made the decision to have the surgery to remove the tumor & it is scheduled this Thursday December 5th.

We believe in the power of prayer and we are asking for those who feel the same to keep him and the medical team lifted up in prayer. We are trusting that all will go well and these next 6 weeks will be a time of restoration and healing.

Jeff is strong and a valiant warrior and next year will be his best year yet! We have weathered way too many storms to let this take us out

God is good.

This year, for a multitude of reasons, we have fully understood and embraced the power and the value of our development.

DISCOVERY
While the discovery stories are exciting and inspiring , it truly is what happens after that that makes the world of difference.
When they are still awkward, new, going through their personal growth...making friends and gaining confidence.

SUPPORT
Beyond that...once we have placed them and they have representation, supporting through the good, the bad and the ugly.

This weekend is our Mother Model Weekend in preparation for our 12th annual Tribute.

This Tribute is different.
This season in the life of MOTHER, is significant.
A shift has taken place.
There is something NEW rising up.

We talked about it today.
When the dedication, the commitment; and the community has a JOY attached to it.

The JOY is our STRENGTH.

TRIBUTE is MORE than what it’s EVER BEEN before and this weekend, this glimpse into it, is MORE than we could have imagined.
