With an impressive career spanning over two decades, Ryan is a seasoned producer, director, and editor, leaving his mark in film, television, and video production. For the past 5 years, he's been the lead editor on various documentaries, unscripted TV shows, commercials, and films for major studios and streamers, including Disney, ABC, CBS, NBC, and HULU.

In addition to his vast experience, Ryan’s entrepreneurial spirit was evident during the 15 years he ran a production company, shaping narratives across various formats. With an unparalleled commitment to storytelling, Ryan crafts captivating content that not only resonates, but also inspires.

Welcome to our team, Steve Harris!

Steve is our new VP of Current Projects and leads the creative team from development through post-production. With over 20 years of experience in unscripted media, Steve has produced unscripted series for networks and digital platforms such as ABC, Bravo, History Channel, HGTV, Paramount+, as well as co-creating and Co-Executive Producing the critically acclaimed MTV series Caged.

Steve’s professional experience as an Editor, Field Producer, Story Producer and Supervising Producer makes him capable of executing every phase of storytelling to create compelling content. We're thrilled he's decided to join our team!
