Every day we wake up is a brand new day. We get to start over and make good or bad choices. Yesterday being Halloween, was not a great day for me hitting my macros (calories, carbs, protein). I was over on calories, over on carbs and under on protein.

Today will be better! As long as you keep trying, you will reach your goals! Just don’t give up from a bad day here and there.

It was a good week for activity! Lots of walks and cycling. I think of my group fitness classes as important business meetings that I can’t miss. Putting the time in for your physical and mental health is so important!

Cycling class first, then an Oatmeal Cream Pie donut from Krispy Kreme. I heard about the Fall donuts on the radio and had to try this. So good! Not overly sweet either. It’s all about balance! You can still have yummy treats, while losing or maintaining weight.
