It’s a magical moment to hear a brand new piece of music played for the very first time! Tonight we rehearsed David Werfelmann’s new piece for the first time in a Very Open Rehearsal. And it’s a magical piece! Hear the finished product on May 10 Saint Louis Art Museum! Thank you to St. Louis County Library for hosting us!
Wow Wow Wow! The music the Webster University Department of Music composition students have written for string quartet is fantastic! The Wet Ink: Very Open Rehearsal has been a lot of fun.

Fun Facts about Johannes Brahms
Our concert on May 18 at the Contemporary Art Museum St. Louis juxtaposes music old and new, creating a dialogue between two very different composers that reveals aspects of their music that might not otherwise be apparent.
Enigmatic 19th Century composer Johannes Brahms lead a private life, letting his music speak for him. Historian Laurie McManus share a few of her favorite facts with us about this legendary figure, although hearing his Clarinet Quintet live is perhaps the best way to get to know him.
Balancing the program Syrhea Conaway/ Syna So Pro will join us on-stage to present the world premiere of BREAKTHROUGH, her final installment in a collaboration begun in 2019.
