An interesting video in my feed today...

Ukrainian forces use a Mine-Clearing Line Charge (MCLC) to open up a Russian minefield. For me, the interesting part was the thermal optics on the drone were so sensitive, so to register the ground ambient temperature difference from recent artillery (the ground peppering) and air, from that of unaffected surfaces.

Filmed this summer, a Russian "Storm-Z" unit details their frontline experiences. Remember, these are conscripts from Russian prisons given the option to serve and pardon their crimes, or rot in Russian jails (which are a FAR cry from American ones)...And yet they lament their poor conditions. The war in Ukraine presents a number of advantages to the Russians in that it allows them to depopulate areas/people they deem less than desirable. That's why a majority of Russian casualties aren't even from Russia (their mainly from satellite nations still under Russian authority). And as for Storm-Z...Russia will always have full prisons.

Representative of indifferent parenting, combined with a young man raised on a need for social-media gratification. Rightfully Alan Colie was acquitted on the more serious charges, as he was continually attempting to back away and create space from "prankster" Tanner Cook who runs the YT channel 'Classified Goons'. But the comments of Cook's parents reveal just how disconnected and ignorant they are.

Life is hard, but it's harder when you're stupid. Cook's content is always confrontational, he said he will keep doing these type of videos, eventually someone is going to put the kid 6' under.

Tanner Cook, who runs the YouTube pranks channel 'Classified Goons,' reacted to Thursday's acquittal of Alan Colie, who allegedly shot Cook at a Virginia mall food court earlier this year.
