These are our finest impulse responses to date. We captured this using a new method which results in unparalleled accuracy and playability. This also happens to be one of our favorite cabinets both in the studio and on the stage.

We listened to customer feedback and sharpened these packages to a fine point.

Tone Guide: Big and round with a fat low mid and smooth high end.

The Jensen MOD 12/70® is an Italian made guitar speaker that just plain rips. It's unapologetic bottom end and thick low mids make it an excellent choice for big chords and down-tuned guitars. Tone Guide: Thick bottom end with creamy mids and smooth highs.

Speaker Spotlight: INV

Tone Guide: Slightly scooped with a focused, but smooth high midrange. One of our favorites.

These are captures of a Warehouse Guitar Speakers Invader® speaker. According to the manufacturer, the tone of this speaker lands somewhere between a Greenback and a Creamback. While this is a good point of reference, this speaker has a voice all it's own and you are going to love it. This is an interesting one very polished, round low end meet sweet, silky upper mids and clarity. We love to use this IR for thickening rhythm guitars while retaining clarity. Strangely, the INV almost makes high gain

Speaker spotlight: H75

Tone Guide: Articulate, bright, woody, extremely well balanced.

Based on the Celestion G12H-75 Creamback®, this needs no introduction to the initiated. Of the two classic Creamback models, this one is built around a heavier, 50 oz. magnet. Builders love to use these in smaller cabinets, like 1x12's to give them a larger sound than the look like they should produce. This speaker works well on it's own in nearly any situation or in combination with scooped or dark speakers. You can really pair the H75 with just about any of our IRs (maybe not the M65 or K100) and find a sound you love.

Speaker Spotlight: H55

Tone Guide: Big and full of rich low mids. Smooth and creamy in the highs. Lower bass resonance than most guitar speakers.

Here we have captures of a Celestion Heritage G12H 55Hz Greenback® speaker. This speaker was originally designed as a bass guitar speaker. Then players like Jimi Hendrix came along and turned what the world knew as guitar tone on it's head. Jimi used this speaker to reproduce the thick low end and creamy midrange that helped define an era. If you want classic 60's tone. This is it. In modern productions our H55 really shines on big distorted chords. It's also an outstanding choice as a foundation to build upon with multiple mics and speakers.

Speaker spotlight: The GOV

Tone Guide: Bright and woody. Classic British sound with a unique flavor. A great choice for cutting rhythms, cleans and leads, this speaker really shines in complimentary pairs with bass heavy speakers.

The GOV impulse responses are captured using an Eminence The Governor® speaker. Often overlooked, this speaker is a true player's speaker. Responsive and articulate, with a chesty midrange, this is incredibly easy to dial in for cutting tones when the guitar just doesn't have enough space in the mix. This is also one of our favorites to blend with dark and punchy speakers to balance out the tone.

Speaker Spotlight: DV77

Tone Guide: Thick lows and growling low mids with crunchy top end. An absolute killer. Great as a standalone or to accent darker or more mid-focused speakers.

These are Impulse responses captured using an Eminence Divinity® DV-77 Mick Thomson signature speaker. This speaker is an absolute killer. Loud and proud without getting harsh in the higher end of the spectrum. Loads of bass and treble meet and impossibly present midrange. Don't overthink it. You want this sound.

Speaker Spotlight: 3VH

Tone Guide: Rich and thick low end with creamy highs and a slightly scooped midrange.

These were captured using a Celestion® EVH® speaker. These speakers are rebranded versions of the G12M Heritage Greenback that Eddie claimed was a major component of his signature guitar sound.

Unfortunately, at only 20 watts, many players shy away in favor of higher power speakers. That. is no longer a consideration with MASSIVE Soundworks 3VH Impulse Responses.
