To overcome fear, you first must be aware of when you are letting fear control you. We often deceive ourselves by willfully being ignorant, or making up other reasons why we didn’t do something. In reality you didn’t do that thing because your fear kept you from taking action. Be honest in this moment and admit, like myself, “I have been letting fear control me, and that is why I am EXACTLY were I am at with my career/life/relationships.” Now we can do some real work, and move with the spirit, instead of our pride.

It’s about having the consistency and the drive to do things most people just can’t or won’t do, and to elevate myself out of the cycle of shame and isolation and instead replace with real self love and respect. Life is terribly lonely at times, and while there’s nothing that can be replace finding a partner, loving and respecting yourself is real secret of avoiding loneliness.
