Dear Mikee,

I need your advice, though this might make me sound like the lead in Hallmark: After Dark. I’ve been happily married for ten years, and my husband is amazing, but... I think I’ve developed a teensy, completely innocent gym crush. There’s this guy I see almost every day who’s basically the Bob Ross of biceps—super kind, encouraging, and somehow knows exactly when I’m about to fake a calf stretch to avoid squats.

It’s harmless, I swear! I’ve never acted on it, and I’d never cheat. But now I feel guilty for looking forward to seeing him, like I’m one protein bar away from a scandalous Lifetime drama. Am I just soaking up some innocent attention, or am I on a slippery slope to starring in Sweat, Guilt, and Treadmills: The Musical?

What’s your take? Should I confess to my husband or just avoid Gym Bob Ross and stick to YouTube workouts in my living room? Help!

Under a Level 2 Winter Weather Emergency, travel on county highways is discouraged. Roadways are hazardous with blowing and drifting snow and may be icy. There are areas where the roadways may be partially closed by the elements. Emergency personnel may not be able to respond in a timely manner if you are stranded.
