I am out here on the bow of the yacht in the Bahamas living my best Chefs View life. Today I am declaring a new captain of the s’mores world.

MrBeast Feastables Peanut Butter Chocolate Bar is absolutely delicious. I am not exaggerating when I say it needs to replace every Hersheys Bar on every campfire across the planet.

I tried the original recipe a while back and honestly it felt a little waxy to me. But this new recipe hits different. The chocolate is smooth. The peanut butter is perfect. The only thing I would change is using sea salt instead of regular salt.

Mr Beast if you are watching this “Yes Chef” you are onto something brilliant.

This bar has yacht worthy flavor and that is not an easy title to earn. Sailing into my next review soon where I tackle the Peanut Butter Crunch Bar. No pun intended but these bars are becoming my new lifeboat snacks.

🚨Peach Bellini Zabaglione Recipe🚨
Tonight we are whisking up pure luxury with a dish that is simple enough for any galley but extravagant enough for a superyacht soiree. Peachy bubbles, silky folds, and island vibes all in one bowl. I am preparing this beauty right here in Atlantis Bahamas aboard a 130 foot yacht, so let us set sail into something sweet.

Recipe
3 Egg Yolks
1/4 Cup Sugar
3/4 Cup Prosecco
1/4 Cup Belvoir Farm Peach Bellini Mix

Method
Drop anchor with a lazy boil of about one inch of water in a pan.
In a metal bowl, whisk your Egg Yolks until they double in size (I recommend a balloon whisk for that smooth sea breeze effect).
Add Sugar and continue to cream the mixture until it is pale and dreamy.
Set the bowl over your simmering water and gently heat, keeping those eggs from coagulating like a stormy sea.
Pour in the Peach Bellini Mix and Prosecco, whisking until it becomes a silky foamy wave of deliciousness.
Serve immediately over sugared berries for a warm zabaglione or chill it and store for up to one day if you want a cool sunset version later.
For the berries, use your favorite mix and toss lightly in sugar for that perfect yacht sparkle.

Smooth bubbly and tropical, this dessert is what happens when Italian romance meets Bahamian breeze. Let us keep sailing into sweetness.

Dinner on the bow of a yacht in the heart of Atlantis Marina hits different. Tonight I went full romance mode with a menu built to make anyone fall in love with the moment. I plated on the finest plate wear on the market Rak Porcelain (my fab plate sponsor)

We started with a wild mushroom risotto creamy rich and loaded with parm chicken stock wild mushrooms shallots and garlic. Then the main event chicken parmesan with marinara topped with sautéed prosciutto fresh basil and a parm tuile so crisp it practically sings in the breeze.

For dessert zabaglione poured warm and silky over fresh sugared berries letting the ocean air lift every flavor. Paradise on a plate paradise in the Bahamas and the perfect night onboard
