It’s go go go go time! I fly out today on an adventure. The family has been kissed and loved on, now it’s time to put this skillset I have honed for over a decade to work……..cook.

I had a dream last night about & They all signed this bottle of red wine from 1960 for me and I remember Jacks being the brightest with the Irish ☘️ Flag 🇮🇪 etched into the side with his penmanship. We were all at a food competition and finishing up. The dream was so vivid and real I could almost reach out and touch them all.

When I woke up it made me realize that our time is now. To live in our moments and to be present, not live in the past, nor the future but the time of now.

I embrace this world of today and am greatful for all of it. I’m thankful for my mom and dad, my wife and children and all the friends that surround my life. I am thankful for the new friendships that have come in my life to recreate the trajectory of travel and experience.

Life is full of surprises and wonder and enchantment & and I am enjoying each winding pathway. I hope this message finds you well and my intention is for us to all radiate love and happiness in our moments together as one. Shine bright ✨

One of my absolute favorite desserts to make is my Famous Bread Pudding. I have served this mind bending delicious dessert all over the globe. You all know I enjoy using the best ingredients this world offers, and I have yet to find a better glazed donut.

Thank you to all the Veterans, and God Bless you. This was Veterans Day at University of Health & Performance this year was epic! Wha a pleasure to cook next to James Beard Nominated Chef Wesley Johnson for 250 amazing guests. From a 36 drop of doom on the new outlandish MTB Trail they built with riders joining from all over the world to the hard working team at UHP and the people we all do it for, our beloved veterans!!!! Thank you for protecting and providing for our beautiful county of America, we all support you and stand strong with you undivided.

We were at UHP, also known as the University of Health & Performance I had the honor of assisting James Beard nominated Chef Wesley Johnson to feed 250 people. It was an incredible evening from start to finish.

This organization helps veterans transition back into civilian life after serving our country. I helped start the culinary program here almost five years ago and it has been one of the most meaningful journeys of my life.

We train our soldiers to go to war, but what do we do to help them find peace when they come home? They take off their uniforms and try to reconnect with the world, yet the memories often make that transition difficult. UHP gives them purpose, community, and a chance to rebuild.

Led by a man with a true heart for helping others, this school is doing extraordinary things. A vocational school is on the way and the future is bright.

Congratulations to all the incredible mountain bike riders who crushed the course today, especially and Reed Boggs

What an amazing night supporting the Springfield Dream Center I absolutely love leading the culinary side of this event. A breathes new life into my body every time that we do it. It’s so fun to watch the community come together and do something bigger than ourselves. The Dream Center impact so many lives on the north side of Springfield and I am so grateful for organizations like this. Tonight we fed over 400 people, including the volunteers and it was just absolutely a work of art. A special things to break, temporary for providing the food, and all of the chefs that came together and all of the servers that gave their time for something bigger. See you again next year!

This is my “Ride or Die” who always has my back and will follow me anywhere. Thank you Becky for always being there for me with me. She is my Chief Stewardess with Allen Event Group and has been with me on most every event I have ever done. Employees like this don’t come around often and I am so so so appreciative of you!!!!! Thank you for blessing me and our clients on the daily. We just got back from Ft Lauderdale to cook for one of our most important clients. You’re one in a billion!!!!!

Just had the most incredible dinner at Bombay Darbar in Fort Lauderdale and wow my taste buds are still doing a happy dance. From start to finish everything was on another level.

The samosas were crispy little pockets of perfection. Out of this world flavor with just the right spice. Honestly if they sold these by the dozen I would have walked out with a suitcase full. The garlic naan was soft fluffy and buttery with that perfect garlicky bite that makes you forget your manners and grab another piece before anyone else does.

Then came the butter chicken and I am not exaggerating when I say it might be one of the best dishes I have ever eaten. Creamy rich and bursting with flavor. Every bite was pure comfort and magic at the same time. You could taste the love in it.

The atmosphere was just as amazing. Vibrant colorful and full of life. It felt like a mini vacation in the middle of Las Olas. And let me tell you about Sofia our server. She was absolutely phenomenal. Funny charming and totally on point with everything. She made our experience unforgettable.

Great food great service great vibes and prices that make it the best deal on Las Olas. Hands down this is my new go to spot when I want something that hits every note perfectly.

Feeling extremely lucky today and want to share why. I heard a piece by Alan Watts on YouTube, I will share link in comment below 👇 if you want to have a listen. It is entitled “Living With No Purpose”

I chuckled when I read the title but absolutely love Alan and his work and listened even though I thought it odd.

This 15 min video changed my life completely and make 💯 sense.

I constantly rush through life trying to get to the other side, but what about each moment??? They slip by like water through the fingers. Today I am living for the right now. To enjoy each moment life brings me. I can’t explain it like only Alan can, so if you want more info give it a listen.

But basically I used to travel down the road, today I know I am the road 💫
