1/1/2025 - 6:08pm: 760 S Lynn Avenue - 2 year old fell off couch and is in and out of consciousness and unresponsive. EMS and PD en route.

1-1-2025: 2:30am:
Homicide at Post Office parking lot across the way from Club Rodeo. 23 yr old male was found with gsw to head. SPD investigating. No suspect is in custody.
*UPDATE 1/2/25 - Marquise Gaten is being held with no bond at Greene County Jail for Stealing and Tampering w/Evidence in relation to this case. The Greene County Prosecutor will possibly introduce additional charges in coming weeks.

1-1-2025: 5:30pm:
Caller reporting that at 730 N Fulbright Avenue there is a possible J4 (deceased) male. Officers on scene and beginning investigation. Confirmed deceased.

5/11/24 - 8:20pm: Horrible traffic accident at E Woodlawn/N Fremont. Car Flipped. One officer reporting that there is at least one serious injury. An unconfirmed report that the driver involved may have struck a pedestrian. All northbound lanes of Fremont Ave are shut down in area.

4/20/2024 - 6:29 pm: Vehicle vs Pedestrian accident at I-44 ramp @ Glenstone. The person injured was reported to be running toward the grassy area. The SPFD spotted the man and have informed police. Dispatcher reported that the man might be a suspect in an active investigation.
