Texas Parks & Wildlife Department officials released 77 desert bighorns captured at Elephant Mountain Wildlife Management Area into Franklin Mountains State Park in El Paso. I filmed this in the Sabine-Neches Waterway a couple of weeks back. My wife was parked on the other side of the wall while me and our intern went to see what kind of wave the ship was going to produce. This wave at one point was 6-7 feet when the clip first starts and its a couple of hundred yards out. My wife Lisa could see it crashing over the wall by a foot or two for a short stretch.
