Wow! Hotshots has a green light for production and it’s all because of YOU. This was our very first crowdfunding campaign. It’s been exciting, exhausting and whelming. But the most potent feeling we’re left with is gratitude. Gratitude for old friends and new; all 128 of you who pledged to make this high octane q***r comedy a reality.

BIG NEWS HONEY - we have a donor match! Every dollar you pledge toward Hotshots from now until August 20th will be matched dollar-for-dollar up to $3,000. And the timing is simply divine.

We’ve got just one week to raise 80% of our $20k goal in order to receive your beautiful pledges. That’s $6,688 and we’re greenlit! And, for the next five days pledges go twice as far.

When we launched this Seed & Spark for Hotshots, we could not have imagined the devastation that would beset our hometown. These unprecedented fires have destroyed more than 700 homes and continue to displace so many more.

For those of you from Spokane, we love you and we’re with you during this time of indescribable loss. Take care of yourself and hold your loved one close. For those of you outside of Spokane, we need your help now more than ever to get the word out.

Our initial crowdfunding approach was localized, but we can no longer ask anything of our city. Instead, our aim is to give back with this production that employs Spokane based women and q***r folk. Centered around q***r joy and working class hustle, Hotshots reminds people how powerful they are when they work together.

We have two weeks to reach our fundraising goal of $20k and we need your help getting our message to a larger audience. Please support, donate and share Hotshots, a love letter to the city that raised us, Spokane. ❤
