Shane and Megan Clark, owners of are bringing Native American culture to CDA with their pre-colonial, clean, seasonal, locally-sourced menu. Indigenous cultures view food as medicine, and Pow’Waw embodies this with food lovingly prepared from scratch!⁠

Their Frybread is their most popular item! It is served with braised bison and cold smoked salmon, three sisters medley (consisting of corn, beans and squash), and a sauce flight (avocado spruce, wojapi and honey maple), and it’s garnished with pumpkin seeds, mint and sage. ⁠

The entire .cda experience is excellent from the moment I walk in the door. The space transports me from Northern Idaho to a high-end boutique fitness studio on the Upper East Side, and the classes follow suit. ⁠

Detailed instruction and personal attention make the group classes feel more like private sessions. In fact, during my three years as a group fitness instructor, my sister (a devout Reform client) never once took one of my classes because she didn’t think they’d live up to the standards to which Reform made her accustomed. Now that I’ve tried them, I get it. ⁠
