Cheri and Martin Woodard have lived in Rappahannock County for almost 40 years. During that time, they have developed a deep understanding of the people and land of the county. Cheri's real estate career began in 2002 and Martin joined her in 2005 to help provide the highest level of service to Cheri's rapidly growing practice. In 2012 Martin earned his real estate broker’s license and he and Cheri founded Cheri Woodard Realty. In only a few years, Cheri has become one of the top realtors in the area. In over 35 years of running their own businesses, Martin and Cheri have learned that topflight marketing, communication, attention to detail and outstanding customer service are equally important.
