📣 SAN ANTONIO 📣

One male BA needed for labor set up on FRIDAY, January 10th and tear down Saturday January 11th

Dates / Hours:
SETUP: Friday, Jan. 10th - Approx. start 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM (setup takes about 3 hours)
TEAR DOWN: Saturday, Jan. 11sth 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM (this most likely will only take about 1.5 hours)

Overview: We are looking for 1 local person to assist with setup, event and teardown

Responsibilities: You will be asked to help unload and load the trailer, set up furniture, and equipment, hang signage, lift heavy boxes and items, and do any other tasks that are asked of you pertaining to the setting up and tearing down of the event.

Job Overview: Local Brand Ambassador

BONUSES will be paid if you receive a good review from the team lead, show up on time everyday, and have a great performance throughout the entirety of the event.

Responsibilities: Registering people for Event rides, sweepstakes, handing out swag, and keeping booth clean and organized, helping with setting it up each morning, and packing everything away every evening. You may be working an indoor or outdoor booth.

Skills/Requirements: Outgoing, energetic, good with people

Hours/Breaks: 8am - 6pm approx. with lunch and breaks throughout the day

Uniform: Black pants, comfortable black shoes, black socks. You will be given a shirt when you arrive

Responsibilities: Drive people to the display, register guests, assist guests with taking photos with a display car

TWO BA's needed for the FULL event, October 17-19 plus training on the 16th at noon.

We are looking for local brand ambassadors for our Dodge Thrill Rides Static Display and various other BA positions throughout the event.

Skills/Requirements: Outgoing, energetic, good with people

Friday: August 9th
Hours: 10:00am – 6:00 PM

Saturday: August 10th
Hours: 8:00am – 9:00 PM

Will be meeting at the hotel and ALL BA's will be riding in together. We have 70 people working this event and not enough parking passes for everyone.

Event Location: M1 Concourse, Pontiac, MI

Uniform: Black pants/shorts, comfortable black shoes, black socks. You will be given a shirt when you arrive

If you have any reputable BA's that you worked with previously, please let us know and we can get you both hired on!

Pay Terms: 1099 pay less than 30 days from the end of the event
