Tip: Set a mini-goal for your Monday workout โ whether itโs adding an extra set, trying a new exercise, or simply showing up. Remember, the hardest part is getting started, and once you do, youโll be glad you did!
Action Plan: Get your workout clothes ready the night before, schedule your workout as a non-negotiable meeting with yourself, and use a motivating playlist or podcast to fuel your session.

Round 2 ๐๏ธ itโs almost been a year since our first Micโd up Friday with Brittney and we love seeing all of her progress. We lost the last bit of audio in her micโd up session but Brittney had a wonderful message in saying over the past year she realized it was her vs herself. She says her current goals are just to continue to push herself a little harder so that she could continue to grow!!

Grab a set of Dumbbells and try it from home!!
After a proper dynamic warm upโฆ
๐ Complete each movement for 60 seconds in round 1/ 50 seconds in round 2 and 40 seconds in round 3!!
All unilateral movements can be worked for half the time!!
1.Barbell or DB Snatches
2.DB S.Leg Glute bridge to Neutral Press
3.Bear Crawl Pull Throughs or Shoulder Taps
4.Battle Rope Slams w. Squat or DB Variation w. Squat
5.Landmine Squat to Pivot Press
6. Med Ball bound to rotational twist

Fall classes will be ran on Tuesdays and Thursdays from June 4th - August 15th.
