Y’all want to call her a clown 🤡 bc your red nose was worn behind closed doors 😂 Let’s talk about it.
AD’s thirst was showing.
Based on what was shown during the season, I think AD needs to put in some more work on her .
Our hearts went out to her when she said, “I’m just never enough,” after Clay had turned her down at the alter.
But what if it’s not that she’s not enough? What if it’s that she’s too much?
She was the one putting in the work and really carrying the relationship, although Clay appeared to be making some improvements. She was really carrying the load as the one who really wanted the relationship.
If Clay was for her at that time, she wouldn’t have had to work so hard to be with him.
What’s for you is for you.
If I had a moment with AD, I would suggest she reads “The Mastery of Love.”
She may find that she so badly wants to be chosen that she just may have childhood wounds from her relationship (or lack thereof) with her father being carried into her relationships.
She mentioned something along the lines of her not thinking she’d ever end up with anyone and that she didn’t feel worthy (or something like that).
In recent years, the talk about self-love has been over done and possibly cliché at this point, yet it still holds relevance in that true love starts with self-love.
When AD truly accepts where she is and loves who she is, she’ll attract someone who adds to that, and not a person who’s taking advantage of her thirst.
Ultimately, we’re responsible for our own happiness and not our partner. I wish she would’ve understood that she’s that girl and that it was Clay’s loss at the altar, not hers.
To not give people the opportunity to play in our faces, we have to constantly check in with ourselves on our personal growth and consistently work on developing ourselves.
Self-development aids in expanding our skills, knowledge, so we may reach our full potential and build clarity around our values and goals, so we can ultimately become the best version of ourselves.
