Nonstop travel productions with

This trip was back in February and we drove a whole 14 hours to Chicago & Mihaukee. Not the greatest commute in the world but we had a blast nonetheless. Not only that but everything with the productions went flawlessly and we came out with some killer BTS photos of everyone doing what they love!

I’m not much of a colorist and I definitely went outside my comfort zone but in the end I was really happy with the results.

Favorite frames from the project🎬

This project was a one-man-band situation with the help of on sound. With that, everything was filmed in 6 hours except for the footage at his past fights. So being that there was no crew and we didn’t have a lot of time with the talent; pre-production was extremely important if we wanted to create something good.

This production was for the rebranding of a family-owned bakery. We captured a variety of planned out B-Roll, as well as a sit-down interview to help drive the video(s).

Two-man banding it!🎬

This was a small but flawless production from last week. Being that the budget was small; crew and resources are minimal, so efficiency is key in order to create a high-quality product.

These are just a few photos from the interview setup that took place on the day of. One Sony FX3 with the G-Master 50mm f/1.2 as our A-Cam, and the other Sony FX3 with the G-Master 70-200mm f/2.8 II as our B-Cam. With that, we used a DJI Transmitter on each of the cameras which sent a perfect feed to the DJI Director’s Monitor and we could switch camera feeds seamlessly to ensure everything looks good on camera throughout the filming. The Director’s monitor is super beneficial not to just see what is being filmed but it helps tremendously when the crew is setting up for a shot or scene.

For lighting this interview, as well as the B-Roll that came after this setup; we wanted to keep it simple but we also wanted nothing less than great. We used either an Aputure 300x or 600x with a 3ft deep dome softbox as the key light and a Nanlite 60b with a 1.5ft mini softbox for our hair light. This gave us a soft but bright and airy look which is exactly what we wanted.

After this interview setup, we spent a few hours capturing a variety of B-Roll around the restaurant which is always a ton of fun. Especially when we get to try out some of their delicious foods!🍽️

30+ Interviews in Boston last week!🛠️

These photos are from just one of the few different setups/locations that we were filming at last week but overall we got so much accomplished; especially when you consider that this all took place 6 hours away from home.

For about a third of the interviews, we utilized a white back drop to emulate the feeling that the talent was in a big white never ending abyss. This was super helpful considering our location was a conference room in a hotel and we already film a majority of the interviews in the same room.

Traveling for video productions has been the norm for the last year or so. Whether we have to drive or fly, we have the experience by now to get the job done regardless of where it is.

Over the last six months we have been helping out with the podcast of hosted by and 🎬

By now, we must’ve been there for at least 10 episodes so far and we are looking forward to continuing the journey with them as they grow.

Gettin’ it done down in Orlando, Florida!🌤️

These photos are from our last production of 2023; we had to capture a number of employee interviews which ended up being amazing to say the least.

The location that we were filming at was such a big factor in why they turned out so well. Not only creatively, but logistically; all of the employees who we were interviewing work remotely so we had to rent a location. We used and rented this beautiful coffee shop which catered perfectly towards what the project was for.
